Our lovely Executive Director, Anouk, is in Australia for 6 months and she is making a great report about the passion for creative australian activities.

Her project is original, adventurous and I love it ! To realize it, she needs the help of all the creative bloggers’ community. I am counting on you ! Here’s her message :

“Hello sweet readers !

I am currently in Australia for a semester and I want my trip to be original and constructive. This is why I decided to make a report about the Aussie love for creative activities. We all share this passion for creation, craft and DIY and I really want to discover how creative and talented the Australians are !

I want me report to be original, so I decided to travel around Australia and do some couchsurfing at my favorite blogger’s places ! My idea is to meet them and be immersed into their creative world. I will see how they work, where they find their inspiration and we’ll share this passion for creation that makes our lives so rich !

I will make a report about every single talent that I meet and share with you all my discoveries !

In my report, I also want to demonstrate how powerful the International feminine blogosphere is. This is why I count on you, my dear bloggers and readers, to help me make this report possible !

What an amazing edition we have had thanks to all of you !  It’s  now time for me to conclude this 2011 edition.

First of all, I would like to thank the organizational team who helped me all along the process. Setting such an international competition is a huge work furthermore when 20 countries are represented. Nothing could have been possble without them !

Secondly, the team has been so lucky to be supported by such a lovely international jury board. Collecting entries, answering questions, creating blog posts…all of that was an additional task to their day to day business, a task done with pleasure to take part and share this sweet hobby. This is thanks to all of you and the team would especially like to congratulate the 4 judges who amazingly managed their numerous contestants:

An finally, a big thank you to all the contestants, you have been 168 to enter the competition, what an incredible number !!! Taking part is the most important thing, it’s a way for you to share your talent and don’t forget skills grow with experience so please keep on going.
