First please check if your submission is compliant with our Terms & Conditions (please refer to FAQ # 6 for details)
Then look for your national judge in the jury board and send an email with your submission details.
Your application email should be sent with the following subject : “STC submission”.
Important
Send only ONE picture in high definition to your referrent judge. This picture is the overall global view of your Sweet Table and include in your submission mail the url link where all the other details pictures can be viewed.
Any submission not respecting this conidtions will not be taken into consideration. Judges mailboxes can not load and process all your pictures for organizational issues.
2- I would like to become National Contest Judge
First please check if your submission is compliant with our Terms & Conditions (please refer to FAQ # 7 for details)
Submissions are not yet closed for this ongoing edition.
We only have 1 judge per country.
If your country is not yet represented, please send us an email with your submission details.
If your country is already represented, you can still send us an email to be on the consideration list for the 2012 Edition.

4- I would like to become a Sponsor
Finding national sponsors is part of the role of every national judge. If you would like to become a sponsor of your country, please contact your referent judge by mail.
You will find contact details in the jury board of your refferent country.
National sponsors will reward the local winner.
STC Team is in charge of recruiting the Sweet Table Final Prize Sponsor.

6 – What are the conditions to enter the contest ?
You make Sweet Tables as a hobby ? This contest is for you !
Anyone can enter except someone selling her/his services as a sweet table designer, event designer or event planner.
For example: a cake designer, a shop selling party products, a label designer or any kind of job related to the sweet table business can enter AS LONG AS they don’t sell their designing services.
Why ?
The main objective of this contest is to show how much talent there is for party design & Sweet Tables.
Give a chance to everyone to show off their talent, and share with others their passion.
8- My country is not represented
For countries not yet represented, and without a judge :
If you want to enter the contest, send us your submission by mail with the name of the country you wish to represent.
If you wish to become a judge let us know, as applications will remain open during the ongoing of the contest.
9- How does the voting process work ? Who ? What ? When ?
LOCAL ROUND
Once contest submissions are closed, the National Contestants will be revealed in the STC Website.
Each National Judge will vote for their 3 favorite Sweets Tables, in all countries except their own.
The National Sweet Table winner will be the table with the most points.
Points are calculated as follows for each vote
1st runner up : 3 points
2nd runner up: 2 points
3rd runner up : 1 point.
FINALS
National Judges will vote for their 3 favorite National Sweet Table winners.
The President of the Jury’s vote will count double.
The 2011 Sweet Table Edition winner will be the table with the most points. Points are calculated as follows for each vote
1st runner up : 3 points
2nd runner up: 2 points
3rd runner up : 1 point.
10- What are the voting criterias ?
National Judges voting will be based on the following criterias.
- Creativity
- Colors harmony
- Presentation & Harmony of the table
- Accordance with the chosen theme
- Overall Look & Feel
