~  Contest timing and deadlines:

The contest always open in October and end in January.

For this 2011 edition  contestants have to send their submission to their national judge from October, 3rd 2011 to December, 9th 2011.

~ Participation :

Everyone except professionals can participate. All details about Terms & Conditions for entering can be find here.

~ National jury board :

If your country is not represented, it is no big deal, you are still welcome !  Just read this.
