Thank you for this amazing edition !

What an amazing edition we have had thanks to all of you !  It’s  now time for me to conclude this 2011 edition.

First of all, I would like to thank the organizational team who helped me all along the process. Setting such an international competition is a huge work furthermore when 20 countries are represented. Nothing could have been possble without them !

Secondly, the team has been so lucky to be supported by such a lovely international jury board. Collecting entries, answering questions, creating blog posts…all of that was an additional task to their day to day business, a task done with pleasure to take part and share this sweet hobby. This is thanks to all of you and the team would especially like to congratulate the 4 judges who amazingly managed their numerous contestants:

An finally, a big thank you to all the contestants, you have been 168 to enter the competition, what an incredible number !!! You can all be proud of you, I don’t want to read again that you are ashamed of entering your table. Taking part is the most important thing, it’s a way for you to share your talent and don’t forget skills grow with experience so please keep on going.

Congratulations to the finalists who most of them will be rewarded by their national sponsors that we would like to all thank for supporting the contest.

Last but not the least CONGRATULATIONS to Vanessa from South-Africa who is the final winner of this 2011 edition.

Once again thank you so much ! On my side I am happy to announce I am almost done with my book dedicated to Sweet Tables. Published in french for the moment, let’s hope it will be translated in english one day…Release date: April 2012
